Frank Caputo is the Member of Parliament for Kamloops–Thompson–Cariboo, and before entering politics, he served as a Crown Prosecutor with years of experience working directly on serious criminal cases. In Parliament, he’s carried that experience forward—working to strengthen laws that protect the vulnerable and advocating for justice reforms grounded in real-world experience. Frank has teamed up with Mel Arnold on initiatives to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation material, and he has taken on deeply personal legislation like Bailey’s Law, working closely with the family of Bailey McCourt after her tragic death.
